Healing Pathways and Possibilities

5 Main Healing Pathways

For the last 20 odd years or more, Eddie and I have been working with people around the world, supporting them as they navigate work, relationships and life. Our clients inspire us with their creativity, wisdom and dedication. Some of our clients face complex physical challenges. We discuss with them the many pathways to healing and wholeness. Through these conversations, it became apparent that there are five main pathways. Some people like to choose one particular pathway, or two, or more pathways. Every pathway has its benefits. It is up to you to choose what works for you and explore the advantages.

Here is a Brief Description of the Main Healing Pathways:

Controlled Healing

This is the purview of Conventional Medicine, the use of medication, surgery, medical intervention to control and manage symptoms and cause. On this route it is very helpful to ask your physician, or Doctor questions about procedure, ongoing care, side-effects and benefits of the treatment suggested.

Nutritional Healing

Using food, supplements, minerals, probiotics, herbs, spices, nourishment in all forms alongside movement is at the heart of Nutritional Health. We suggest working with a Kinesiologist, as well as a Nutritional Expert for this. You need to find someone that is flexible and willing to help you discover your unique requirements and help you reach optimal health.

Holistic Healing

This includes complementary health approaches like homeopathy, the use of essential oils, natural remedies, flower remedies, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Hatha Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Energy Psychology, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Energy Medicine. Take time to find a practitioner that you resonate with. In this field, the experiential wisdom of the practitioner makes a real difference.

Intentional Creative Healing

Any path that engages our creative intelligence like; Visualisation, Mantras, Mudras, Meditation, Energy Psychology, Counselling, Heart-Math, LiberatingTouch, Forgiveness Processes, Yoga, Art, Music, Laughter, utilises our Creative Consciousness. This path is all about spiritual, mental and emotional wellness. It can be argued that this is the key that unlocks the potential of all the other healing pathways. You can do this with, or without a facilitator. It is about finding what makes your heart sing.

Divine Healing

Also, known as the path of Miracles, or the path of Surrender. It has been labelled as spiritual healing, and it relies on one’s Trust in God, Divine intervention, and Opening to the Miracles of Love and Truth. It is mysterious and there is no way of knowing how this will manifest. Divine healing is about taking a leap of faith, being patient and opening to Grace.

To Summarise

Controlled healing will focus on the physical cause and solution of disease and damage. Nutritional healing will support this, assist in creating the required conditions for good health, and strengthen the bodies ability to heal. Holistic healing and Creative healing, are nurturing and curative, they encourage mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Both of these pathways empower the patient and help them take an active part in their own well-being. Divine healing is beyond the mind and cannot be gauged. There is no way of knowing what this pathway will bring into a person’s life. It is miraculous and happens more often than we think. It is the path of Love.

Eddie and I tend to rely on the Divine healing pathway as our first port of call. God is our healing guide and physician. We rely on THAT wisdom and Love to illuminate how best to proceed. THAT reveals to us, what we need, whether it is to meditate, sleep, eat certain foods, go to a doctor, whatever it is, we trust God and open to the miracles THAT brings into our lives.

Hope this was useful. That’s all for now, Love, Healing and Joy, Ranjana
